Accounts, tax, payroll & business advisory.
A single team that understands your business.
Real-time data, secure and accessible.
No surprises. Just clear, fair fees.
Vexo Accounting provides limited company accountants to directors right across the UK. Whether you run one company or five, you get your own accountant for your limited company who actually knows your numbers and picks up the phone.
We handle the accounts, the tax, and the Companies House paperwork for limited companies of every size, so you can get back to running your business. No jargon, no chasing you for information, no surprises when the bill lands.

Let Vexo Accounting handle your annual accounts, Corporation Tax, payroll, VAT and Companies House requirements, with ongoing support built around your limited company.
Most traditional accountants still charge by the hour, or add a fee every time you call with a question. We charge one fixed monthly fee that covers your annual accounts, your corporation tax return, your confirmation statement, and unlimited support. Our fixed monthly packages are built to be simple to compare, so you're never left guessing what your monthly fee actually buys you.
No hidden costs. No hidden fees buried in small print. You'll know exactly what your fixed fee covers before you sign anything, and that fixed fee doesn't creep up every time you send us a question. Our accounting services are built specifically around limited companies, not adapted from a generic template, and that focus is what keeps our fixed fee lower than a firm trying to be everything to everyone. Compare our accounting services against a traditional high street firm, and the difference usually comes down to speed and price.
If you work through a limited company as a contractor, we also act as your contractor accountant. As a dedicated contractor accountant, we'll tell you plainly whether a contract sits inside or outside IR35, and what that means for how you get paid.
A lot of accounting services only speak to you once a year, at deadline time. We'd rather give you proactive advice and ongoing advice on tax efficiency and cash flow while you can still act on it, whether you're just forming a new business or already running an established business with several directors. That dedicated support is what most limited companies tell us they were missing before they came to us.

We spot opportunities and challenges early, helping you stay ahead.
Secure, real-time access, anywhere you need it.
We value your time and get answers when you need them.
Plain English with no surprises. Fixed fees for total clarity.

Call Vexo Accounting today for clear, practical advice about your accounts, tax or business finances.

Some questions come up again and again from company directors running limited companies. Here are a few we handle regularly:
If none of these match your situation, that's fine too. Tell us what's going on, and we'll tell you plainly how we can help, or if you'd be better off elsewhere. Every limited liability partnership and every one of the limited companies we speak to gets a straight answer, not a sales pitch.

Companies House issued over 303,000 late filing penalties in 2025/26 alone, worth roughly £156.4 million between them. A private company's penalty for filing late can reach £1,500, and it doubles if you're late again the following year.
From April 2026, the basic penalty for filing your corporation tax return late rose from £100 to £200. Company directors carry the legal responsibility for getting this right, even when they hand the actual filing to someone else. We keep you compliant with both HMRC and Companies House, not just one of them, because limited companies are legally answerable to both.
There are close to 4.93 million companies on the UK's Companies House register, and Companies House identity verification for directors became a legal requirement in November 2025. The rules around limited companies keep tightening, and missing one filing can undo months of otherwise good work. UK companies paid £89.2 billion in corporation tax between them in 2024/25, so claiming everything you're entitled to, like the 19% small profits rate or marginal relief between £50,000 and £250,000, genuinely changes what limited companies keep. Small businesses make up the overwhelming majority of the UK's limited companies. In fact, 99.18% of UK private-sector businesses were classified as small businesses in 2025.
